On May 19th 2020 our home was destroyed in the Sanford Lake dam break and we lost everything including our deck and front porch. The owner, Manuel found out what happened to us and   offered to drive 2 hours out to my home in Sanford and build us a new deck and front porch. Not only did he rebuild it for free, he also was able to get a local hardware to donate all the materials and delivered them.  He pulled up with his trailer loaded with large equipment and went to work  Immediately.  Him and his worker were very focused on their work and are very  Professional. I can tell you this, if we ever have another flood, I won't lose these decks. There deep in the ground and very solid. I would highly recommend Fresh Outlook Construction and there team hands down .  I have seen many of his builds and I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.

This past summer we contacted Manuel Poulsen, as we were looking to install a new deck for our above ground pool. With three boys at home, we were looking for safety, sturdiness, and room to relax while they enjoyed playing. Manuel came to our house and did a thorough estimate and was on the same page with what we wanted. He came up with an awesome color scheme and truly exceeded our expectations! The day of install came, and the Fresh Outlook Construction crew worked through the extreme summer heat, were polite, and efficient. They got our deck up within days and it is EXACTLY what we were looking for.  Not only did Manuel and his crew do an exceptional job on our deck, but our neighbor had a small fix he needed performed and they were more than willing to help him out. We will definitely be using this company to replace the deck off of the back of our house in the near future!
